A Village that centres Mothers, Women & Families, Nature, Nurture & Community.
Embla is not a mum & baby group.
It is a village where mothers are supported, children are at the heart of community, elders are honoured, nature is protected, and local regenerative enterprise helps people and the land to flourish together.
Today, Embla is a growing community with a shared vision and a space where we honour the land, each other, and the sacredness of simply being.
Tomorrow it will become a place of sacred belonging.

Mothers
We were never supposed to Mother in the isolation and constraints of nuclear families separated by picket fences and societal structures.
This is the reclamation of our sacred Villages.
Women in Solidarity
There is a potent (inner and outer) alchemy found through sitting with a Village of Women. Together and with our rememberance we can begin to create the systems that centre mothers, children, life, nurture & community.
Families choosing a New Future
As we rise in solidarity we raise the vibration of those around us too and the reconstruction of our Sacred Villages can commence creating the future we wish for ourselves and our children.

The return to a space where we celebrate our unique bond and connections, offering a safe harbour for the stories that define our shared journey and the experiences that create the tapestry of our community as we come together.
Preserving the timeless traditions and the gentle lessons, tools and rites passed down through generations, ensuring our children inherit honourable legacies, stories and examples of graceful co-existence rooted in harmony, connection and stewardship of both our Sacred community spaces and in reverence for Nature and the Land.
The Embla practice...
With a touch of yoga, energy healing, ayurveda, herbal plant remedies, shamanic practice, breathwork, meditation (and a sliding scale of wholesome and healing arts in-between) which are called forth and combined trough an intuitively led approach that speaks more to the energy present instead of a pre-structured, pre-determined class or plan which allows for a session to naturally evolve and unfold in harmony with what is surfacing.
Which resembles the essence of what life itself does in it's natural and continuous state of eb and flow, expand and contract, give and receive .
At Embla we explore a range of supportive techniques from simple rituals, circle gatherings, reflection practices, body-based somatic movement, sound healing and trinkets, treats 'n' tools along the way which all offer pathways into deeper regulation and in turn promote smooth passage with optimal wellbeing, belonging and wholesome conviction on our path.

Embla life in it's infancy is a pop-up sanctuary of safety where every soul is invited to find their sense of belonging through sharing the deep wisdom of their truth, essence and the authentic expression of themselves.
